I want to uncover many of the exercises that you can do in your own house. No waiting in lines at the gym. No more wasting time in the parking lot. No more lost membership cards. Dont worry about getting a baby-sitter.

You can use almost any house hold item to accomplish a gym+ quality workout.

Lets take a look at 5 very basic house home moves.

  1. TV Squats- As you watch TV, do squats. Perform 3-4 sets of 12 reps. for a harder squat; hold a kitchen chair over your head.
  2. BABY Lunges- Your kids loves playing games. What if you could play too? Perform your traditional lunge, only holding your precious baby
  3. MILKY Biceps- Use the 1 gallon or gallon of milk to perform bicep arm curls.
  4. RECLINING Crunches- Sit back and crunch on the good ol recliner.
  5. SWEEPING Sides- Take your broom and place it behind your lower back. Slowly contract your abs and perform baseball like swings. Feel the burn in your sides?
Now let's throw away all junk food (go ahead it's ok to waste food). What other excuses do you have? We just eliminated all trips to the gym and to the snack bar.
