Bodyweight 500 Workout By Craig Ballantyne - Is It Healthy For You?

The Bodyweight 500 workout by trainer Craig Ballantyne is a short but massively intensive workout session which can produce fast fat burning results. It's intensive because you need to do 500 repetitions of various exercises without pausing. This may seem like a large number but it's over pretty quickly.

What's special about this program is that it works against your bodyweight alone, so you don't need to invest in any special weights or machines, that it works nearly every muscle group in your body, and that it's very short so it's perfect for busy people.

Take it from me, by the time you're done performing all the exercises in the Bodyweight 500 workout, you'll be short of breath and sweating profusely. But the amount of calories you will have burned in such a short time will be incredible.

That being said, there is one thing which you have to know about the Bodyweight 500 workout before you consider doing it: It's extremely strenuous so it's not right for people with a low fitness levels. Trust me, if you're not fit, forget about this workout session for now. It can truly lead to some injury. Not that there's anything dangerous about it in itself, your body just needs to be able to handle it.

But if you're looking for a way to lose fat which isn't time consuming and also develops your muscles and increases your fitness levels at the same time, check out the Bodyweight 500 workout. It's part of Craig Ballantyne's turbulence training program. You can check it out on this website: http://Bodyweight500Workout.com
